With over 65 years of service to our Butler County community, we pride ourselves in the health care and hospitality we give to those we are privileged to serve. Situated in a pleasant, serene area, Glen Meadows is an 85-bed facility that meets the unique needs of each individual that enters our doors with compassion, respect, dignity, and quality of life.

We offer a diversity of services to meet the needs of those that may need respite, hospice, post subacute, long or short term care.
